Getting the Very Best from Your Silicone Nipple Prosthetic
Congratulations on your new custom silicone nipple prosthetic. Each prosthetic has been individually handcrafted to provide a realistic appearance and comfortable wear. With the right care, your prosthetic will continue to look and perform at its best.
Before First Use
Gently wash the prosthetic with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap.
Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before applying.
Cleaning
After each use:
Remove the prosthetic carefully.
Wash with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive soap.
Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
Pat dry with a soft, lint-free towel or allow to air dry naturally.
Avoid using alcohol, acetone, bleach, harsh household cleaners, or abrasive sponges, as these may damage the silicone.
Applying Your Prosthetic:
Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free from moisturisers, oils, or powders before application.
If using our skin safe adhesive, apply a thin, even layer following the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
Allow the adhesive to become tacky before positioning the prosthetic (follow manufacturers guidelines)
Press gently from the centre outwards to ensure good contact.
Removing Your Prosthetic:
Remove slowly and gently from one edge.
If using adhesive, use the recommended adhesive remover if needed. Never force the prosthetic from the skin.
Storage
When not in use:
Store your prosthetic flat in its protective case.
Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the prosthetic.
Keep away from sharp objects that could tear or puncture the silicone.
Caring For The Finish
Your prosthetic has been individually colour matched and hand finished. To help preserve its appearance:
Avoid prolonged exposure to tanning products or heavily pigmented cosmetics.
Remove before swimming in chlorinated pools or hot tubs where possible.
Avoid excessive rubbing or scratching of the painted surface.
Keep away from solvents and perfumes.
Expected Lifespan
With proper care, your silicone nipple prosthetic can provide many months of regular use. Longevity will vary depending on frequency of wear, cleaning methods, skin care products, and the type of adhesive used.
Important Information
Inspect your prosthetic regularly for signs of wear or damage.
Discontinue use if the prosthetic becomes damaged or if you experience skin irritation.
If irritation persists, seek advice from your healthcare professional.

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom nipple prosthetics and for health and hygiene reasons, all custom-made prosthetics are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun or the item has been delivered.
As each prosthetic is individually handcrafted and colour-matched to your unique specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect colour choice approved by the customer
Incorrect measurements or information supplied by the customer
Personal preference after delivery
If your prosthetic arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will assess the matter promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you remain entitled to the remedies provided by law. Custom-made and hygiene-sensitive goods can generally be excluded from change-of-mind returns, but statutory rights for faulty goods still apply.
